Breathe the Beat Roadshow: ON TOUR
Archived
Unlock your creativity with a new dance concept from international hip-hop artist Salah.
Join Brooke, Roxy and the Breathe the Beat team for an exciting day of dance, where you’ll have the chance to watch, take part and even perform! Any style goes, just come down and get involved.
Following from the Breathe the Beat Roadshow in April as part of IDFB 2012 the roadshows are now touring the West Midlands.
There will be spectacular free dance performances from some of the UK’s leading street dancers, showcases from local talent, community and professional dance companies, and music from hip hop renaissance man DJ Moyma. Show off your own moves in fresh dance workshops or if you’re feeling brave, get up on stage to freestyle.
Usually found competing in (and winning) dance contests around the globe, Brooke and Roxy from 2011 Hip Hop International World Champions Plague Dance Crew, will be performing throughout the tour, alongside other special guests.
Don’t miss the chance to witness two of the best street dancers in the world performing jaw-dropping moves right here in the West Midlands!
Visit the Breathe the Beat website to find out more, including how you can perform at the roadshows, and to watch a series of dance tutorials from renowned hip-hop artist Salah.
