Fortunately we had a photographer on hand (the talented Ed Moore) to capture what happened.

Here are some photos from the collaborative performance featuring Rosie Kay Dance Company, 2FaCeD DaNcE Company, and cossack dancers Bruce Tetlow:

There are also photos from the speeches, the guests mingling before the event, group shots of those responsible for making the festival happen and a sneak peek at the launch event’s preparation.
